How to Reset Google Authentication

If you use your google authentication code normally, please log in to your Bitsoda account and click “Account Security”-“Google Authentication”-“Change”.

Bind a new google verification.

Enter new google verification code, email verification code, old google verification code. Click “Confirm” to successfully change.

If you cannot receive the google code, you can choose to reset google authentication with following the guidance:

You may submit a ticket by choosing "Help with Google Auth"→"Disable Google Auth（2FA)". Also, please provide the following information for us to verify the transaction:

• The front side of your ID card
• The backside of your ID card
• A photo of you holding a white paper, the white paper content includes "Bitsoda + current date + reason"
