You may submit a ticket by choosing "Help with SMS Auth"→"Disable SMS Auth". Also, please provide the following information for us to verify the transaction:
- The front side of your ID card
- The backside of your ID card
- A photo of you holding a white paper, the white paper content includes "Bitsoda + current date + reason"
